This is my son's first year at Teravista Elementary, and we plan to keep him there! He really has taken to learning and I feel it has a lot to do with the environment and his teacher. I get emails from my son's teacher about 2 - 3 times a week which really help me stay up to date with what is going on at the school. As far as I can tell from Kindergarten there is not anything that could be improved on.

I just dislike the school and its approach to special education support. To get funds the school corners you into submission to their demand or deal with their wrath. Unfair for parents of special education kids

Teravista is a fantastic school. You receive a tremendous amount of support from teachers and the administration.

Teravista has taken on a program for students with behavioral issues and mainstreaming them into the general population of students. I know several children that have been impacted. School has only 1 Talented and Gifted teacher, yet has increased the staff related to this program.

This school presently houses a program where students with behavioral conditions are mixed in with the general population. My children have been impacted by this first-hand. The school is overcrowded. The drop-off line does not have separate lanes from general traffic.

I love this school, Ive been her since it opened. You should send your kids to Teravista Elementry if you want them to have a good education, but still have fun and kind friends. If you live in Round Rock or in the RoundRockisd district, you should consider sending your kids to Teravista Elementry.

We are very happy with Teravista Elementary. It is one of the reasons we chose the community we live in.

We love Teravista Elementary. We have been going to this school for two years (since it opened). Our kids have done VERY well, have had excellent teachers and have received individualized learning opportunities to ensure they excel. I am shocked and saddened to see the reviews from parents that are unhappy. The teachers, principal and PTA are awesome. The communication between the school and parents is timely. I suspect the ticked off parents may have been frustrated over the drop-off/p-up process. That's been a challenge but it is a minor issue in the scheme of things.

This year the school is very crowded. They put some grades in portables and they look horrible. They have another new elementary under construction and we will see how Teravista will be next year.

Was kept well informed of events. Communication lines with teachers are easy and open. I feel like my son was encouraged to learn and explore and he had an enjoyable year in first grade. Go Tigers!

I have a 2nd grader at Teravista and she loves her teacher and friends at this school. We moved from out of state and the transition went very smooth for her. It's a brand new school this year so it wasn't difficult making new friends for her. The parents are very involved and the teachers are great! Especially the PE coaches. They have made gym class an event not just another thing to do. My daughter has grown so much this year thanks to Mrs. Ward. They have a great staff there!

My kids go to this new school and we are so pleased. The teachers and staff are wonderful, the class sizes are still small and the parents are so involved.
